Jim was an extremely professional and helpful person to deal with. He was very responsive to our questions and good at making suggestions we hadn’t considered based on his experience (e.g. spaces between shelves, types of door handle etc). We were impressed by the consultative approach he took to making sure that what was delivered was exactly what we wanted, and how he took the example photos we’d given him and turned them into reality.

”Jim was very helpful and engaging throughout the whole job. He provided a fair and thorough quotation for a set of build-in wardrobes in our new loft conversion. He then came round in person to measure up and iron out the details. Jim was very accommodating with our ideas, and was able to make them work after discussion. Jim was also accommodating in when to schedule the fit, and was even able to start earlier to fit in with our plans.
The work went smoothly and was completed very quickly. Regular updates were welcomed throughout the fit, but Jim very conscientious and disruption was nonexistent.
